West, Central and East European students, and others, at CUCE Graz

For many years, students from Western, Central and East European countries have enriched classes at this College, and advanced their careers (and linguistic skills) through their successful studies, and their very presence.
Have you ever heard a Polish student read his favourite prose piece, in his native language, followed by an English-language paraphrase?  or the rhythm and melody of a 400 year old Portuguese poem read by a Portuguese exchange student? There is nothing like first-hand live exchanges and the thrill of getting to know new people and their cultural identity, in one's own peer group.
In most years, CUCE Graz has between 12 and 15 exchange students on Erasmus programs, from Scandinavian and Baltic countries to Spain and Portugal; from Britain to ex-Yugoslavia and Italy. We treasure these contacts, and procedures are well in place to facilitate EU students' study programmes here at Graz.
